About Nina

I came to architecture by convenience, but found a practice I love. I feel honored to be invited into my client’s homes and to be tasked with designing new spaces to meet their needs and dreams.

Growing up in Dallas my parents encouraged me to get my hands dirty and figure things out. Being a natural caregiver, curious, and steadfast I found the study of architecture challenging and exciting. I made my first home in Wheeling, WV in 2005, where I had the opportunity to practice architecture at a small firm, working a variety of project types and sizes under the supervision of talented and dedicated professionals.

In 2012 we moved our little family back to Texas, making Cedar Park our home. I love our growing suburb and the opportunities of proximity to Austin. I began working for myself in 2010 to enjoy the freedom and flexibility that comes with being the ‘boss’.   I’ve continued my small residential practice in Cedar Park, collaborating with clients, contractors, and other architects on custom renovation and construction projects.

Outside of work, I’m proud mama to two growing boys and enjoy volunteering in their schools, and planning outings for Austin Specials Needs. I enjoy cooking, reading, and exploring the city with my family and friends.
